We're working hard on fulfilling your hand-made orders and sending them out as quickly as possible, but we ask that you please be patient, as our shipping times are taking a little longer than they did before COVID.
Domestic orders may see 1-3 days of delays, while First Class International orders are taking an extra 1-4 weeks.

SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping: We ship with USPS carrier. You can choose between First Class or Priority Mail.
All orders above $70 automatically get free USPS First Class shipping. Orders below this amount pay a $5 fee.
International Shipping: We ship with USPS First Class and now also with DHL Express internationally.
USPS First Class is the cheapest option ($14 to Canada, $18 worldwide) and it takes 1-4 weeks to deliver depending on your location. Currently, as Customs are unpredictable on holding the parcels, in some cases this time has extended up to 6-8 weeks.
When you select USPS as your shipping option, please note that once the parcel leaves the United States, it gets transferred to your local government postal service, which might affect the tracking on not being updated. So, if there are shipping delays, please contact your local customs/post office as we are unable to contact customs authorities on the customers' behalf.
When you select DHL Express, please keep in mind that your order still needs the time stated in the items' description page to be fulfilled before it ships out.
Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may incur.
Lost parcels: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you, but, unfortunately, we no longer make refunds on the lost packages.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered on the tracking. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Anita Berisha Jewelry, and a reshipment fee will incur.
